While still competing, I started asking how I could apply the same discipline, focus, and work ethic that made me a professional athlete to building something that would last.

Vending wasn't glamorous. But that's exactly why I chose it. No hype, no shortcuts, no algorithm chasing. Just a real business with real numbers — machines, locations, margins, and operators. I wanted to prove that the principles the game teaches you work everywhere.

Now I'm building it publicly. The real revenue, the real mistakes, the real lessons. Because that's what I would have wanted when I was starting.
